Cura produces blow- and injection moulded components and assembled products for markets related to healthcare, early life and PET nutrition. The products are manufactured in a cleanroom environment satisfying the highest standards. All machines are equipped with state-of-the-art vision cameras that can detect deviations early in the manufacturing process. Moreover, all products are manufactured with high class European precise moulds, Cura prefers to invest in high performing moulds, produced with the highest accuracy to achieve a stable production process and constant quality between the different shots and cavities. Cura uses electrical manufacturing machines to save energy consumption and to avoid using lubricating oils in the cleanroom to guarantee no contamination occurs in the products. The product flow in the manufacturing area is minimized and fully automated with the use of robots and assembly equipment, all under cleanroom conditions.

We offer customers both customized and standard products. Cura combines R&D with unique production capabilities, and on specific request the possibility to co-invest in your product and manufacturing process. We basically go through the full validation process to ensure the product meets your expectation and specification. Specific design, material and technology requirement are all covered: including the possibility of in-house production on fully automated production lines.

Our capabilities of producing in a clean environment.

Our production facility is BRC audited with an outstanding A+ rating and certified with ISO- 13485. Customers like Ausnutria, Almarai, Nutricia and Danone entrust us with the manufacturing of their products which are being delivered globally. Customer with those specific requirements perform audits on a regular basis to further assure our compliance with their standards.

The clean process.

Manufacturing products for critical end-use customers (such as babies, hospital patients, elderly people or animals) requires a specific manufacturing approach to reduce the risk of contamination. Our manufacturing environment is controlled by Hepa filters, but more importantly it's designed to have the least amount of human intervention. We envision to make the area of manufacturing as small as possible to eliminate the presence of dust, bacteria or other contaminants. We install cleanroom heads at our manufacturing and assembly equipment; or install complete manufacturing lines in a Cleanroom. Our clean rooms are frequently being monitored and certified. For some speicific products we also use post sterilization processes such as ETO and gamma radiation.
